Great news – one of the world’s most prestigious festivals is screening STRINGS! We’re really excited to be part of their special Father’s Day programme on Sunday 21 June 2015. This really is great news for our film as Palm Springs is both an Academy and BAFTA qualifying festival! More info can be found on their website here.

On Thursday 3rd April we’re holding a night of films at the wonderful Roxy Bar and Screen in Borough (London) to help raise funds for the production of ‘Strings’.

Just back from a tremendous day of casting courtesy of our great Casting Director Sue Needleman. We saw over forty boys all keen to play Luke in ‘Strings’ and the quality was exceptional. Now comes the difficult task of narrowing them down to the shortlist! A big thank you is due to The Green Room Studios who accommodated us for our casting session. They have some of the best facilities around.
We’ve already started the fascinating (though somewhat dubious) task of finding a toilet for one of the scenes. Our search has taken us far and wide to many of London’s boroughs. And we think we’ve hit the jackpot with this one! Check out the pictures from our recce. It’s like stepping back in time!

GREAT news everyone! We’ve just heard that Strings has been confirmed as one of the shorts being backed by this year’s Film London Borough Film Fund. It’s great news for us and we’re really looking forward to having their support going forward!
Great news! Strings has been short-listed for funding by Film London’s ‘Borough Film Funds’ scheme which backs a selection of the best shorts being made in the capital. It’s supported by the National Lottery and the BFI so it’s a great scheme to be part of. We hope to hear whether we’ve been successful early next month. Fingers crossed!
